- Description
- U.S. GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION is seeking expressions of interest in the leasing of approximately 14,730 rentable square feet of office space (to yield a minimum of 12,200 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet) in Brooklyn, NY for a term of 10 years, cancelable at any time after 5 years. The space must be on not more than two contiguous floors with approximately 85% of the total space on one floor. The delineated area is as follows: North: Halsey St to Sumner Ave. East: Sumner Ave. to Fulton St. to Troy Ave. to Herkimer St. South: Herkimer St. to Bedford Ave.to Brevoort Pl. to Franklin Ave. West: Franklin Ave. to Hancock St. to Bedford Ave. to the placeof the beginning. This is not a request for competitive proposals, however all responses will be considered by the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed lease contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received together with the cost for moving, telecommunications, alterations and other factors will be used for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
