Description: All labor, material, equipment and service necessary for bridge repair construction project and slurry sealing of roads on the X-L Ranch Indian Reservation in Modoc County, and the Laytonville Indian Reservation in Mendocino County, Northern California, in accordance with the approved plans and specifications. The estimated start date is August 2002, and estimated project completion time is 360 days after Notice To Proceed. The estimated cost range for this project is between $500,000 to $1,000,000. This is a set-aside project in accordance with the Buy Indian Act. Contractors must be Native American, member of a Federally Recognized Tribe, must own at least 51% of the company, participate on a day-to-day management of the company, and submit documentation of Indian ownership along with bid packet request.
