- The Western Area Power Administration intends to acquire on a Sole Source basis Ametek Power Instruments revenue meters with the following part number, JEMstar, P/N: JS-09R6010-43-12LP-DNP, Form 9 and, JEMstar, P/N: JS-05R6010-43-12LP-DNP, Form 5. This sole-source requirement is being processed under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Western believes Ametek Power Instruments is the only known source that has the proprietary information to provide this item. Anticipated award date is 07/01/02. This notice is not a request for proposal/quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the Government?s requirements by emailing Jimmie Key at key@wapa.gov or by fax at (970) 461-7377 NLT 06/28/02. Capability statements must include documentation ability to satisfy the Government?s requirements. Any information received will be considered for the purpose of conducting a competitive procurement.
