- This Construction Procurement is enacted to provide all labor, materials and equipment for the removal and installation of HVAC Systems at the Crow Service Unit-Hospital Quarters in Crow Agency, Montana. Removal & replacement of furnaces at IHS quarters 164; 165; 166 & 173. Removal & replacement of air conditioning units at IHS quarters 162; 164; 165; 166 & 173. Please see plans and specifications. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the contents, terms, conditions and site-conditions prior to submitting a proposal. The location of this construction project is on the Crow Indian Reservation, Crow Agency, Montana. The estimated range of this project is between $25,000 to $100,000. Performance and Payment protection bonds are required from the selected contractor prior to contract award. This procurement is open to all Small Business concerns. FAXED PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED! This RFQ will be mailed out on Monday, July 1, 2002 to all contractors that request a copy of this solicitation package. Submission of bid packages should be made to: USPHS Indian Health Service, Office of Contracts and Grants, Attention: Jay Windy Boy, P.O. Box 36600, Billings, Montana 59107-6600.
