Description

Sources having the ability to provide OUT-PATIENT assessment and counseling services in the Leavenworth, KS area for the drug abuse treatment of male and female Federal offenders (inmates) held under the authority of various United States Statutes. Services are to be held in the Community Corrections Center at 4715 Brewer Place, Leavenworth, KS 66048. A Purchase Order is anticipated for a three (3) month period. An estimated 18 inmates will require services. Services for the three (3) period will be performed from July 1, 2002 through September 30, 2002. The services required for the purchase order include: (4) Intake Assessments (one per inmate); (2) Individual Counseling (24 (estimated 18 inmates x 24 = 432 total units) 30-minute sessions per inmate); and (3) Group Counseling 72 (estimated 18 inmates x 72 units = 1296 total units) 30-minute sessions per inmate). The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons? ?Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT)? Statement of Work, dated November 16, 1999. The estimated Request For Quote (RFQ) closing date is o/a June 28, 2002. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered by this Agency. The RFQ 200-007-2-NC will be posted o/a June 20, 2002.
