Maintenance, Repair or Alteration of Real Property OfficeAdd : Department of Veteran Affairs, Contracting Officer 90C, Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS), Building 41, 2200 Fort Roots Drive, North Little Rock, AR 72114-1706 Subject : Upgrade Power Distribution, Phase II SOL IFB No. 598-87-2002 This project will extend and upgrade the Essential Electrical System (EES) at the Little Rock facility. Specifically, the work will involve installation of low voltage switchgear to expand the existing EES power generator switchgear, replacement of existing automatic transfer switches and installation of new automatic transfer switches, distribution panelboards and associated normal and EES feeders. Cost range is $250,000 - $500,000.
