Description

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary to perform all required custodial services identified in the Statement of Work (SOW) in accordance with the Building Owners and Management Association (BOMA) specifications, commercial standards, and local, state and federal requirements. The contractor shall maintain each facility to present a neat, clean and professional working environment at all times, at frequencies determined by the contractor. The requirement will be competed as a 100% set-aside for small business and will contain one base year (01 Oct 2002 through 30 Sep 2002) and four option years. Proposals will be evaluated based on past performance and price. Solicitation issue date will be approximately 03 July 2002. Solicitations will be available through electronic means only. Telephone requests for the solicitation will not be accepted, and solicitation packages will not be mailed. All contractors are required to complete Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award. Additional information on CCR is available at (888) 227-2423.
