IAW FAR 6.302-1, Only one Responsible Source, a contract to DRAMTEC, Ltd to provide a propsal entitled First-Pass Assessment of the C2CC System Currently used in a Nato po. T his proposal represents an extension of work previously done by CCRP with the same principle investigator. This work involved the development and articulation of a new theory of conceptualizing operations other than war and resulted in a CCRP Confrontati onal Analysis. No solicitation will be available. This announcement is for information only. See Note 22.
