NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SO LICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number is DAHA04-02-Q-9032 and is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This procurement is for the purchase of Quantity one (1) each Profess ional Switch Vision Suite, P/N: 1642430, Model OPV-Gig WGA/DSVS. This part number includes the following: OptiView Gig-10/100/1000 copper & fiber compatible, OptiView remote control for PC, NIS-OPV; Network Inspector software for PC, OPV-PE Pro; Protocol Expert software for PC and OptiView Reporter software for PC. This item is manufactured by Fluke Networks. Delivery and/or shipping shall be Free-On-Board Destination to Channel Islands Air Guard Station, Port Hueneme, CA. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-07 and DAC 05/31. This solicitation is 100% a Small Business Set-Aside. This acquisition falls under the Sta ndard Industrial Classification number 3825, the North American Industry Classification System 334515. The size standard is 500 employees. Vendor must be actively registered with Central Contractor Registration. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. O fferors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial. FAR clause 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Item applies to this solicitation. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the solicitation and will offer the Best Value to the Government. Overall price is the evaluation factor. Delivery shall be made within thirty (30) business days ARO or less. Please provide an estima ted delivery date upon submission of quotation. Delivery shall be made at Channel Islands Air Guard Station, 146 CF/SCM, 100 Mulcahey Drive, Building 100, Port Hueneme, CA 93041-4002.
