- Description
- NA Battle Creek Air National Guard (ANG), Battle Creek, Michigan plans to construct an addition to their Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) facility. The work includes removal of a 560 square foot existing lean-to, construction of a 4,547 square foot metal-fra med addition with a 560 square foot administrative area, alteration of existing fence, alteration of existing asphalt pavement, and construction of an 85 square yard open storage area. Existing facility will receive improved windows, lighting and exhaust system. Contractor to furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required for a complete and usable facility. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. In order to receive a Contract award as a result of this solicitation, CONTRAC TORS MUST BE LISTED IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTORS REGISTRY (CCR). Information regarding CCR is provided on the internet at http://www.ccr.gov. NAICS code of 233310 is applicable to this procurement. Solicitation will be issued on or about 02 July 2002 and wi ll be available via the web at the following web site. http://www.selfridgecontracting.com. Receipt of offers is 30 days after issuance of solicitation. The magnitude of this procurement is 250,000-500,000. The sucessful contractor will be selected using past performance/price tradeoff procedures resulting in the best value to the Government. Past performance will be approximately equal t o price.
