- Description
- The U.S. Army TACOM/ARDEC is contemplating issuing a purchase order to Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc. on a sole source basis to develop a Titanium Extraction Mining and Process Engineering Research (TEMPER) database under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This database will enable the TACOM/ARDEC WECAC CED Division to research, define, and analyze the most efficacious mineral extraction and processing methodolog- ies that in turn, may ultimately reduce the cost of titanium extraction, processing, and production. See Numbered Note 22.
