Description

NA CLASSIFICATION: 14 SUBJECT: CABLE & WIRING HARNESS SOLICITATION: DAAH01-02-T-0503 System: PATRIOT, Nomenclature: CABLE ASSEMBLY, NSN: 1430-01-136-8940, P/N: 11442284-33, for a quantity of 39 each. Destination to be furnished. CONTRACTOR TESTED FIRST ARTICLE. Delivery schedule 90 for first article; 45 days for test report notification days. Delivery for production quantity 90 days after first article acceptance. Delivery for production with first article is 225 days after contract award. Offerors must be approved and qualified. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. The Government does not possess sufficient documentation to acquire this item from other than the qualified source. A technical data package, which defines all engineering and quality requirements, is not available. This proposed contract action is for s upplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources. Suggest those small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement, make c ontact with the firm(s) listed.
