Description: NA Contractor to replace existing control valves for the operation of the Black Rock Lock hydraulic system, supply an emergency power unit for use in operating the lock in case of electrical power outage, and replace the system hydraulic fluid. As an optiona l work item, if ordered by the government, the contractor will replace the hydraulic power units. Contractor to supply all parts, materials, supplies, and labor required to replace the hydraulic oil reservoirs, hydraulic system pumps and electric prime mo vers. There are four (4) inependent hydraulic units located at the lock. The number of units to be replaced will be at the decision of the government.
