- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are bein g requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. DAKF23-02-Q-0079 is issued as a request for quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-46. Solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System code is 315999 and the small business size standard is 500. The following contract line items numbers are applicable: 0001 Gore-Tex 2nd Generation ECWCS Parka Desert C amo ? Size: Large, Qty: 100 ea; 0002 Gore-Tex 2nd Generation ECWCS Parka Desert Camo ? Size: X-Large, Qty: 300 ea; 0003 Gore-Tex 2nd Generation ECWCS Parka Desert Camo ? Size: XX-Large, Qty: 200 ea; and 0004 Gore-Tex 2nd Generation ECWCS Pant Desert Camo ? Size: X-Large, Qty: 300 ea. Delivery shall be within 60 days of award. The following provisions and clauses are applicable to this RFQ: The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The addendum to t he provision at 52.212-1 deletes paragraphs (d), (e), (g), (h), and (i). Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid is responsive to the terms of the request for quote and is most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and the price related factors. All offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer (copies can be found on Director of Contracting web page). The clause at 52.212- 4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, is applicable to this acquisition. The clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items is applicable to this acquisition. The following additional FAR provisions/clauses are applicable to the acquisition: 52.215-5 Facsimile Proposals; 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration; 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer?Central Contractor Registration; 52.252-1, Clauses In corporated By Reference; All responsible concerns may submit a bid that will be considered by this agency.
