Description
NA Objectives: The U.S. Military has a need to develop various new drugs to protect or treat soldiers confronted with hazards of the modern battlefied. A contractor is needed to develop analytical methods for pretreatments and antidotes in the biological and chemical defense programs, and candidate compounds for infectious diseases in support of pharmacokinetic, bioavailability, efficacy, and toxicity studies. Later, during advancement through preclinical and clinical studies, analysis of drug and metabolite l evels in biological specimens from animals or humans is required. Any resulting contract will be issued as a Cost Type Contract for five years. Solicitation No. DAMD17-02-R-0013 will be issued on or about 3 July 2002 and due date for receipt of proposals w ill be on or about 16 August 2002.
