Description

NA The USAWC needs curriculum support for Academic year 2003 (20 August 2002 to 19 August 2003) concerning the Global Command and Control system (GCCS) and Network Centric Operations (NCO). Curriculum support includes research, systems analysis, quality inst ruction, functional user expertice, courseware development and web-based intgration. Significant on-site performance is required on an intermittant basis. Instructor experience and three years hands on experience with GCCS or similar systems at a CINC or higher level is required. A secret security clearence will be required. This acquisition is unrestricted as to size. Proposal shall be evaluated on a best value basis.
