- . The work of this contract consists of the furnishing and installation of a Clean Agent Fire Extinguishing System in three historic houses located in Colonial National Historical Park. A site visit will be held on July 23, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. at the Archer Cottage located at 624 Water Street, Yorktown, Va. 23690. All bidders are encouraged to attend. NAICS 561621. This solicitation is open to all size businesses. Estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Hard copy bid documents shall be accepted for this solicitation. (No faxed or electronic bid documents will be accepted).Bids must be recieved at Colonial National Historical Park by 1:00 p.m. August 8th, 2002, local prevailing time. Bids can be mailed to P.O.
