- Remove lead paint and prepare the surface for painting. Painting will be done by the Naitonal Park Service. Line #1: Remove the lead base paint from the interior of the Frank Wallace House. The areas that will require lead paint removal but not limited to the following: baseboards, windows, window trim, interior doors, interiror door trim, steps leading to basement, stairway walls and ceiling leading to basement. Line item #2: Remove the lead base paint from the exterior of the Frank Wallace House. The areas that will require lead paint removal include but not limited to the following: doors, door trim, windows, trim boards and other designated areas. Line item #3: Remove the lead base paint from the exterior of the Truman Carriage House. Submit separate quotes for each line item.
