- Description
- PORTER & LAKE COUNTIES, INDIANA This project consists primarily of pavement improvements for visitor use parking lots and approximately 1 mile of roadway, and re-striping at three park facilities. All work is located within the boundaries of the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore, Porter, Indiana. Work shall include but is not limited to: placement of bituminous asphalt concrete over new stone base or existing asphalt pavement, vegetation clearing, excavation for new roadway, compaction of the existing sub-base and newly placed base material, crack-sealing, placement of geotextile fabrics, and traffic striping. Magnitude of project $250,000.00 to $500,000.00.
