- Exterior Repairs, Lee Courthouse, New Haven, CT. Work includes but is not limited to: retrofit sash windows, repair and renovate iron portico, repair existing wood windows, and general repairs to the buildings exterior masonry. Estimated cost range of this procurement is between $1 million and $5 million. NAICS code for this procurement is 235950, Small Business Size Standard $11.5 million. This procurement is open to both small and large business under the Small Business Demonstration Test Program. Specifications and drawings available on or about 7/8/02, bid opening on or about 8/15/02.
