Description

This is a synopsis for commercial services and items. This announcement constitutes the synopsis only. A written solicitation will be available on or about 20 Dec 2001 for issuance by request. This procurement is restricted to 100% Small Business. Set Aside .The solicitation document will be available on the following website. www.fedbizopps.gov. The requested solicitation document will incorporate provisions and clauses. NAICS is 561790. Non Personal Services to provide the following: Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, parts, tools, materials, accessories, vehicles, supervision, and all other items and services necessary to perform FLOOR COVERING INSTALLATOIN at Lackland AFB, TX, Lackland Training Annex (LTA), Wilford Hall Medical Center (WHMC), Air Base Ground Defense Training Campus at Camp Bullis, and Kelly Field Annex in accordance with the Statement of Work. Work locations will vary from building to building. The anticipated Period of Performance is 1 April 2002 through 30 September 2002 for the basic period plus four options years (01 Oct 02 through 30 Sep 03, 01Oct 03 through 30 Sep 04, 01 Oct 04 through 30 Sep 05, 01 Oct 05 through 30 Sep 06). The complete Statement of Work and list of provisions and clauses can be obtained on are about 20 Dec 01 the following website: www.fedbizopps.gov. Contractor must quote on all items listed. FOB: Destination for delivery is Lackland AFB, TX. All interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204- 7004 & 252.232-7009. CCR can be obtained by accessing www.ccr.gov or by calling I -888-227-2423. The CCR number must be obtained before award can be made. Once contractors have received the full solicitation package, submit written offers via fax or e-mail (oral offers will not be considered) to, 37 CONS/LGCAA.
