Description

Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies and supervision necessary to perform all work in accordance with the Statement of Work for refinishing the wooden basketball court to include the removal of old volleyball court markings and install new markings, refinish 5ea wooden racquetball courts in Bldg 140 and refinish wooden dance floor in Bldg 127 on Goodfellow AFB, Texas. NAICS code for this acquisition is 235520 and the size standard is $11.5 million. This acquisition is 100% Set Aside for Emerging Small Business Concerns. The magnitude of this project is under $25,000. Performance time shall not exceed 30 days. All responsible sources may submit a quote to be considered. The anticipated proposal due date is 9 Jul 02 with anticipated award date of 15 Jul 02. All requests for clarification relating to this RFQ must be brought to the attention of the contract specialist, TSgt Todd Raines at (915) 654-4766 or faxed to (915)-654-5149. In accordance with FAR 52.236-27 Quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. Access to the site will be limited to the organized site visit only. The anticipated date for a site visit is 28 Jun 02 at 10:00 AM in building 707, 17th Contracting Squadron. The exact date and time of the site visit and quote due date will be stated in the solicitation package. The government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price purchase order that will be awarded as a result of the quotations to the responsible quoter whose quote conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government based on past performance and price giving a slightly higher preference to past performance. This solicitation will be available via FedBizOpps website on or about 21 June 2002.
