- Description
- DESC: This project is UNRESTRICTED. The NACIS Code is 233320 and the annual size is $28.5 million. Provide a new single story, 12,000 sf administrative and warehouse facility. The project consists load bearing exterior and interior concrete masonry walls, and interior steel columns, with steel truss and insulated metal roof. Exterior masonry walls include a brick veneer. The interior partitions are of gypsum board and steel stud construction. Special accessories include a dock lever and coiling overhead doors. The project includes the demolition of existing pavement, earthwork and new pavement, concrete retaining wall and drainage systems. Work also includes electrical power, lighting and communications, VAV mechanical system, and incidental construction. Estimated range is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The projected date for availability of the solicitation will be 05 July 2002. THE BID OPENING DATE IS 05 August 2002 at 3:00 PM. Notification of any changes (AMENDMENTS) to the solicitation will be made only on the internet. It will be the contractor responsibility to check the website for any posted changes.
