Description
This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and therefore, a formal written document will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions/clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-7. The Television-Audio support Activity is tasked with the procurement of the following: 1) 1 each Itelco USA Inc. p/n: T652SA Main/ALT TV Transmitter System; UHF; solid state; configured for Main/Alternate operation; c/o 2ea T652SA transmitters, automatic changeover unit, filters, and custom rackmount; output power: 300 watts, adjustable continuous: output impedance: 50 OHMS; output connector: standard type ?N?; operating frequency: channel 66 (782MHZ), NTSC (M); includes operation and maintenance manuals; PWR RQMTS: 220VAC, single phase/60HZ, and 2) 1 each Itelco USA Inc. p/n: T612SA Main/ALT TV Transmitter System; UHF; solid state; configured for Main/Alternate operation; c/o 2ea T612SC transmitters, automatic changeover unit, filters, and custom rackmount; output power: 100 watts, adjustable continuous; output impedance: 50 OHMS; output connector: standard type ?N?; operating frequency: channel 66 (782MHZ), NTSC (M); includes operation and maintenance manuals; PWR RQMTS: 220VAC, single phase/60HZ. The equipment shall be delivered FOB destination to the Television-Audio Support Activity, McClellan, California, 95652 not later than 120 days after receipt of order. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Brand named items have been identified as meeting or exceeding the Government?s minimum requirements but are not established as standards upon which other offered brand named items will be evaluated. Proposals offering other than brand named items must submit complete technical data for evaluation. Responses to this notice should be provided in writing by 26 Jun 02, 1300 local time. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this solicitation, Contractor must comply with 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items. Also, Contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, NO EXCEPTIONS. To register, you may apply through the Internet at ?www.ccr.gov ?. You must include your Dun & Bradstreet (DUNS) number in order to apply. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3 and 252.212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with their offer. Clauses at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders?Commercial Items, 52.233-4001, Agency Protests, and the following sub-clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.202-1, 52.204-4, 52.219-4, 52.219-8, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, and 52.232-33. DFARS 252.204-7004, 252.212-7001, and FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items also apply. The evaluation criteria for this solicitation will consist of the lowest price technically acceptable offer with acceptable past performance.
