- Description
- This will be fixed-price contract to provide all labor, material, plant, equipment, supplies and coordination required for the following project: UHHZ: 990476. This project will involve the following: to install a 4-inch by-pass line in the DL-2 diesel truck fill station piping. The work shall be accomplished at the fuel bulk storage facility in the POL area, Bldg. 196, Robins Air Force Base. The work shall be turnkey, complete and capable of transferring fuel safety. Contractor shall prefabricate as much of the new piping as possible and make final connections in a three-day period to include 2 weekend days. The period of performance will be 72 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The approximate issue date will be 08 July 2002 with the approximate response date of 07 August 2002. Request interested offerors notify Point of Contact. All potential offerors should contact the Point of Contact to communicate any concerns regarding this acquisition. If your concerns are not satisfied, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels.
