NA Reference Markey Survey Announcement DAMT01-02-R-XXXX posted by this office on June 18, 2002. Response due time and date are hereby extended from 12:00PM, June 20, 2002 to 12:00PM, June 25, 2002. Please submit your responses to this Market Survey, by e-mail or facsimile, no later than 12:00 PM, June 25, 2002, to Mr. Charles Winslow, e-mail: winslow c@mtmc.army.mil, facsimile: 703-428-3363, telephone (703)-428-2484. 1. Can you provide the intermodal equipment and services identified below? a. 20-foot dry container; b. 20-foot ammunition grade; c. 40-foot dry container; d. 40-foot ammunition grade; e. 20-foot tank container -food grade; f. 20-foot tank container - fuel grade; g. 20-foot refrigerated container to include: (1) Generator sets; (2) Spare Parts Kits; (3) Maintenance and Repair Services h. 40-foot refrigerated container to include: (1) Generator sets (2) Spare Parts Kits (3) Maintenance and Repair Services; i. 40-foot high cube refrigerated container to include: (1) Generator sets (2) Spare Parts Kits (3) Maintenance and Repair Services; j. 20-foot open top containers; k. 40-foot open top containers; l. 20-foot flatracks; m. 40-foot flatracks; n. 20-foot chassis; o. 40-foot chassis; p. Drop frame tank chassis; 2. What is the quantity in your inventory for each equipment type? a. Of that amount how many are Trade Agreements Act (TAA) compliant (designated/NAFTA/non-Chinese, See FAR 25.225(a) Definitions)? b. Of the TAA compliant amount how many would meet the Institute of International Containers Lessors criteria? c. Of the TAA compliant amount for 20 foot containers how many would meet ammunition grade criteria? d. Of the quantity identified in subparagraphs 2b and 2c above, are they located at one depot? If not how are they dispersed over your depot locations? (Give location and approximate quantity) e. Of the quantity identified in subparagraph 2d are they stockpiled and easily accessible as TAA and non-TAA containers? f. Do you have sufficient quantities of non-TAA compliant to support the following: (1) Quantities ranging from 1 to 500 container/chassis/setups with as little as two days notice? (2) Surge requirements ranging from than 1000 containers per week for 1 to 2 month duration? 3. Can you provide worldwide leasing and support services for the equipment types identified above? 4. In your response, please include the following: a. Business size standard; b. Number of employees; c. Whether three year average receipts were less or greater than $21,5000,000 over the most current 3 years for your company and any parent or subsidiary?; d. Point of contact; e.
