- NA The projects consist of renovation of Riley's into a state of the art conference center. Work includes mechanical, electrical, informational systems upgrades as well as architectural and structural upgrades. This is a Small Business Set Aside: 8A Competi tive, Kansas City and Wichita regions. This solicitation will be issued on CD-ROM on or about 9 July 2002. Bids will be opened on or about 13 August 2002. All interested parties must register for this solicitation by contacting the Army Corps of Enginee rs, Kansas City District website at HTTP://nwk-ebs.nwk.usace.army.mil/ebs/advertisedsolicitations.asp. To be eligible for contract award, a firm must be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration at Http://www.ccr2000.com/. Estimated cost of p roposed procurement: between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Estimated time of completion: 365 Calendar Days.
