- Description
- NASA/ARC plans to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to install a new section of 5-foot wide sidewalk on the southeast side of building N241. NASA, code JFP, will designate the actual scope of the above listed project requirement at the scheduled "job walk-through". This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. See note 26. The order of magnitude for the procurement is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 and the effort shall be completed within 90 calendar days after notice to proceed. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 234110 and 27.5M, respectively. The DPAS Rating for this procurement is DO-C9. The anticipated release date of RFQ2-38093 is on or about July 11, 2002 with an anticipated quote due date of on or about August 7, 2002. All qualified responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. An ombudsman has been appointed - See Internet Note "B". The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will be in Microsoft Office Suite (Word 6.0, Excel 5.0, or PowerPoint 4.0) format and will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
