- Description
- Solicitation SP0600-02-R-0081 for COCO Storage Services in the Portland,Oregon area. Defense Fuel Support Point services are required for the period beginning January 12, 2003 (performance period will be five years). Storage Capacity: Approximately 120,000 barrels (shell capacity) of storage for JP8 without additives(fill capacity of no less than 110,000 barrels). A minimum of two tanks interconnected and isolated from other facilities and products handled within the tank farm is desired. The purpose of this requirement is to obtain the necessary services and facilities to receive, store, and ship one grade of government-owned petroleum products in and around the Portland, OR, area with an emphasis on access to the Olympic Pipeline System.
