- Description
- The U.S. Department of Commerce/International Trade Administration/Special American Internship Training Program (SABIT) has a requirement to provide instructional services to execute a market and business training program to professionals from the New Independent States. The consists of administering four training programs in food processing for managers or scientists from the former Soviet Union. The contractor will provide training for four groups of 14-18 interns for 3 to 4 weeks in the U.S. The program will include in-class training, site-visits with U.S. companies, government agencies, non-profit organizations, legislative bodies, and other organizations. Contractor should have expertise in the food processing industry, be able to identify U.S. companies for site-visits, provide training in food processing and packaging technologies, and perform all logistics for the group. It is anticipated that is for twelve months. Please direct all coorespondence and inquiries to the individual identified in this announcement.
