- This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Requisition Number F7SPCE21550200 is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. This acquisition is 100% set-aside fo a small business concern. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 235940. The size standard is $11.5M. Five (5) attachments are included: (1) The solicitation, Standard Form 1449, Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items; (2) Asbestos Survey as Attachment 1, (3) Site Plan as Attachment 2, (4) SOW as Attachment 3, (5) Wage Determinations as Attachment 4.
