NA Pron: AX2C9032AX, NSN: 1270-01-232-6662, PN: 13074202-019, Quantity 36 with 100% option for two years to be exercised one or more times applicable to the TADS/PNVS. F.O.B. Destination with deliveries to Orlando, FL. This is a 100% Small business Set-As ide. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling and manufacturing restrictions. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. Small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the cl osing date stated above. Required delivery when First Article Test Report is due 36 each 405 Days after Contract Award. First Article Test Report is due 258 Days After Contract Award. Required Delivery when First Article is not required is 36 each 270 D ays After Contract Award.
