- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Detachment, Washington DC (FISCNORDETWASH) has a requirement in support of Navy Litigation Office for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)". The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611430. The Government intents to utilize reverse auction procedures for this procurement. This is a competitive, anonymous, on line-auction in which participants will submit a series of quotes/bids that descend in price during a specified period of time. The Government may award on initial. The type of contract will be Firm-Fixed Price. The proposed contract is being considered as a 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns, as defined by FAR clause 52.219-6. Subject procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The service required is to support the DON Workplace Mediator Certification Program include: assistance in screening and evaluation of Mediator Candidates (i.e., Tier III); co-mediations with coaching before and after mediation sessions (i.e., Tier Iv); expert skills training for mediators; intake training; ADR awareness training, and program consultation. All responsible sources may submit a request for the solicitation. All offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Register prior to award.
