- Description
- The Bureau of Engravingand Printing (BEP) intends to issue a solicitation on or about July 23, 2002 for the operation of Industrial Wastewater Pretreatment Plants in Washington, D.C. and Fort Worth, TX for a combined fixed-price, time and materials effort with a base year and four option years. Depending on the responses, the BEP will award either a single contract or two separate contracts. The contractor at each plant will provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, repair parts, tools, equipment, personnel and supplies to operate, maintain and repair the plants 24 hours per day, 6 days per week. The solicitation will be issued electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities Website at www.eps.gov. Interested sources may submit a written request to be placed on the mailing list so that they can be notified when the solicitation has been released. Firms may fax their requests to (202) 874-2200. Telephone requests will not be honored. All responsible sources may submit an offer upon receipt of the solicitation, which shall be considered by the agency.
