- : U.S. GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION is seeking expressions of interest in leasing to the Government approximately 12,826 rentable square feet of office space in the Bay Ridge section of Brooklyn. The space is to be located within the delineated area bounded on the North by 60th Street, on the East by 16thAvenue, on the South by Bay Ridge Parkway, and on the WEST by Fort Hamilton Parkway. The proposed lease will be for a 10 year term, cancelable at any time after 5 years. The Government is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous, and will consider the cost of moving, alterations, and other factors when deciding whether it should relocate.
