Description: The National Imagery and Mapping Agency intends to award an contract on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) with BiosGroup, Inc. 1100 North Glebe Road, Suite 720 Arlington,Va 22201. This follow on contract continues a Research and Developement project designed to determine the applicability of the technology included in the Agency Based Evidence Marshalling (ABEM)approach, developed at BiosGroup, Inc. to the field of hard problem decomposition by generating intelligence hypotheses with a geospatial component.
