Description

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) intends to release a draft RFP, DCA100-02-T-4054, for DOD-wide and Coast Guard enterprise antivirus protection. This acquisition will be a full and open competition with award of up to two contracts contemplated. Minimum technical requirements include antivirus protection for gateway, server, desktop and wireless devices. A detailed requirements list will be provided in the draft RFP, which will be available for download from the DISA website http://www.ditco.disa.mil, "Contracting Opportunities" and FEDBIZOPPS website http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Industry comments on the draft RFP will be solicited at that time. The period of performance of this contract is expected to be 10/01/02 through 9/30/2007. The current incumbent products currently being utilized are McAfee and Symantec. To assist potential Offerors, the following acquisition milestones are projected.
