Description: Purpose of project is to secure aerial seeding services near Custer, Custer County, Black Hills National Forest, South Dakota. The contractor shall furnish all seed, labor, equipment, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to perform the required work. Helicopter or fixed wing aircraft can be used. The NAICS code is 115310. Contract time is 90 calendar days. See Numbered Note No. 1. This solicitation will be issued approximately July 10, 2002.
