PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ORIGINAL DATE BY WHICH PROPOSALS WERE TO HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED HAS BEEN EXTENDED FROM THE CLOSE OF BUSINESS ON JUNE 24, 2002 TO THE CLOSE OF BUSINESS ON JUNE 26, 2002. ALL OTHER INFORMATION IN THE ORIGINAL SYNOPSIS REMAINS UNCHANGED. The Western Regional Office of Job Corps seeks to purchase air time on a local radio station with a coverage area that reaches the Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Long Beach communities. The radio ads will be used as a recruitment tool for numerous Job Corps Centers in the Southern California Area. Job Corps provides career training and education in for low-income youth, 16 -24 years of age.
