- Description
- The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations with the intent to award a Consignment Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the VISN 12 Medical Centers. This is to be a firm fixed price agreement with tiered pricing based on quantity purchases. The period of performance is intended to be for a base year from the award date plus up to three option years. This is an unrestricted solicitation. Hard copy and electronic versions of the Solicitation will be available on or about June 24, 2002. Electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the following URL: http://www.va.gov/oa&mm/busopp/sols.htm. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be in writing to the GLAC Contact Point and accompanied by a check for $5.00 made out to the Department of Veterans Affairs. No telephone requests will be accepted. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. Offerors should contact michelle.ranes@med.va.gov or VA Central Office (202) 273-8829 regarding any problems downloading the solicitation from the website.
