Description: This synopsis is required in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(d)(2) for projects at Sheppard AFB necessary to meet minimum urgent security, safety, health, and welfare requirements using the Simplified Acquisition Base Engineering Requirements contract. This action is due to current decreased enginering, and architechural capacity of the base engineering staff to complete concenptual projects from a minimal input basis.
