Module #10. Anticipate award of a one-year Requirements type contract with 4 one-year options. Best Estimated Quantities (BEQ?s) are: Basic ? 9 each; Option I ? 24 each; Option II- 25 each; Option III ? 25 each; Option IV ? 25 each. Applicable to: CFM 56-2B/F108-100, 200 and 201 engines; KC-135R aircraft. Destn: Tinker Air Force Base Ok 73145. Repair consists of rework/repair HPT Nozzle Assembly, clean, inspect, replace the vane airfoils and outer bands with DSR-142 material, and repair other assembly components as required to output HPT Nozzle assembly as P/N 9995M14G11. Item Description: HPT Nozzle Assembly is a single stage air-cooled assembly that mounts in the combustion gas and directs the gas flow into the blades of the HPT rotor. The dimensions are approx. 32.215 inches in diameter and 1.638 in height. Delivery: Item 0001: Induct a maximum of 2 each per week with delivery 45 days after induction of reparable. Qualification requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. These qualification requirements apply to line item(s) 0001. Approved Source: GE Engine Services, Cincinnati OH 45215 and Snecma Services, F77019 Melun Cedex, France. The approximate issue date is 24 May 2002. The approximate response date is 24 JUN 2002. The anticipated award date will be 6 AUG 2002. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation through FedBizOps at http://www.eps.gov/.
