- Description
- The 89th Contracting Squadron, Andrews Air Force Base intends to negotiate a sole source contract with SurfControl, 100 Enterprise Way, Suite A110, Scotts Calley, CA 95066 for the purchase of software. The proposed acquisition is for SuperScout Premier Email and Web Filter 2000 User License-Perpetual License, Software Maintenance and Annual Fee, and Risk Filler Plug In Annual Subscription Fee at Malcolm Grow Medical Center. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price service contract. Negotiation being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of FAR 6.302-1(b)(1). See Note 22. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency. The 89th Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole source contract three (3) business days after publication of this notice.
