- Description
- This is a request for Information (RFI). The information received will be used in assessing the availability of an air carrier to move 9 to 15 passengers from Elmendorf AFB AK to Eareckson AFS AK and back to Elmendorf on an AS REQUIRED basis. There will also be missions to other remote Alaska locations. Frequency will vary from month to month and some missions will be on very short notice. Please respond if your aircraft capacity is anywhere from 9 through 15 passengers. Offeror must have aircraft with capability to make Elmendorf AFB to Eareckson AFS to Elmendorf in one 14-hour crew duty day allowing for at least 3 hours ground time at Eareckson AFS. Flights will normally originate from Elmendorf AFB. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 481211. Based upon the results of this RFI, anticipated period of performance is 1 Jan 03 to 31 Dec 03 with one option year.
