- NA The Oregon National Guard is in need of catered meals at Camp Biak, Redmond, Oregon, July 13-14, 2002. The meals will consist of the following: 1200 dinner meals 13 July, 1232 breakfast meals 14 July and 1232 dinner meals 14 July. The breakfast meals nee d to consist of a main entr?e (meat), two sides, oatmeal, fresh fruit, milk, coffee, tea and juice. The dinner meals need to consist of a main entr?e (meat), two sides (one must be vegetable), salad, fresh fruit, dessert, milk, coffee and punch. The cont ractor will need to provide all condiments, plates, napkins and utensils. All products used in any portion of the meal must meet the minimum Federal / State requirements for that particular product. Request for quotations can be requested by calling 503- 584-3929. To have a qualifying quote the contractor must be registered on Central Contractors Registration and provide a sample menu with their quote. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 - $50,000.00. This project is %100 set-aside for sm all business.
