- Description
- The U.S. Army TACOM-ARDEC, Picatinny Arsenal intends to obtain on a Sole Source basis the services of Skiametrics, Inc., Winchester, MA under the Authority of FAR 6.302-1, avoidance of duplication of cost and unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency?s requirements. This is a one-of-a-kind computed tomography system, with unique, custom-designed software. The data rights to the software are owned by Skiametrics. See Numbered Note 22.
