- NA This modification to the original announcement issued 13 June 2002, and subsequently modifications on 14 June 2002 and 17 June 2002 is made to clarify the requirement. The following sentence from the original announcement: Closer examination of the system is necessary to determine the best solution for each axis., is hereby deleted. The submittal date for quotes is hereby extended to 26 June 2002. The time and metholology for submitting proposals is unchanged.
