- NA The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, intends to enter into a firm, fixed price contract for the overhaul of 12 used Alco Diesel Engine water pumps, in accordance with the terms and conditions of Solicitation Number DACW61-02-T-0096. Th e work will include all costs of shipping parts from Fort Mifflin, Philadelphia, PA to contractor's work site and redelivery to the Fort Mifflin Supply Center. THE SOLE METHOD FOR DISTRIBUTION OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE THE PHILADELPHIA DISTRICT WEBSITE. No telephone, e-mail, written or faxed requests for this Solicitation will be honored. Offerors should view and/or download the Solicitation, and all amendments (if any), from the following internet address: https://ebs.nap.usace.army.mil. Prospective offerors should register for this Solicitation at the website, supplying complete and accurate information in their user profiles. Failure to do so may mean failure to receive notices of amendments or other information relevant to this procurement. The North Atlantic Industrial Classification (NAIC) for this procurement is 811310. The small business size standard is $6.0 million. The procurement is 100% restricted to small businesses.
