- NA This solicitation will be issued on or about 10 Jul 02. Proposals are to be submitted electronically to docinvoices@riley.army.mil, on or about 3 Sep 02. This is a non-cost contract for the Government. All advertising sales will go to the publisher, the Government will incur no expenses. The publisher shall provide all the necessary funding, personnel, equipment, supplies and labor necessary to publish 8000 copies of the newspaper on a weekly basis, 51 times per year. The paper will not be published bet ween Christmas and New Years. The paper will be metro in size and will contain eight (8) or more pages with a minimum of six (6) columns. The paper shall be available for distribution on Fort Riley, Kansas by each Friday morning, with the exception of Ch ristmas week. No hard copies of this solicitation will be provided. This solicitation will be posted to Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) at http://acquisition.army.mil or the Fort Riley web page http://www.riley.army.mil/Sevices/Fort/Contracting.asp. It is the prospective offerors? responsibility to check the web site for updates, amendments or additional information. The Government will not be held responsible for any information a prospective offeror does not receive once this information is availab le on the listed web site.
