- NA DESCRIPTION: Commercial Item: The US Army Yuma Proving Ground (YPG) has a requirement for one only portable under vehicle inspection camera system requirement. 1. Camera Specifications: Image sensor: 1/3 inch interline transfer CCD; Number of pixels: 512 (H) x 492 ( V); Scanning System: 2:1 interlace; Sync System: Internal; Sync Pulse: 15.724 kHz +/-0.1 kHz; 59.94 Hz +/- 0.6kHz; S/N ratio: 47dB; Min Illumination; 0.3 Lux; Video out: 710 +/- 70mW 75 ohm unbalanced; Sync signal level; 270 +/- 30mA; Electronic shutter: Automatic; Power Supply: 9 VDC to 12 VDC; Power Consumption: 20 mA; LENS; 3.7 mm pinhole; Field of view: 69.0 degrees. 2. General Specifications: Gross vehicle weight: 30,000 lbs camera assembly, 50,000 lbs rubber bumpers; Ramp length; 8?5? on each sid e of ramp; Operating temperature: Command center; 0 degree F to 100 Degree F; Camera assembly: -40 degree F to 160 degree F; Camera assembly: -40 degree F to 160 degree F; Cable: Flexible military grade, stainless steel, braided, weather proof with rubber coating. 3. Command Center: Case: Tabletop design; Control Panel: on/off, lamp control, monitor on/off, quad splitter, AC fuse, video out port. Power Requirements: 120 VAC or 220 FAC. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item in ac cordance for format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation/proposal that are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-07. A Firm Fixed Price type contract is anticipated. This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under SIC Code 3861 with a standard size of 500 personnel, North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) 334290. The solicita tion document will be prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items.
